ERMA is an web-based incident tracking and reporting systems that seamlessly integrates the following major components of risk management: resident, visitor and employee incidents, events, medication variances, medical record requests, claims and survey tracking.
ERMA has the capacity to store uploaded documents and forms, send out e-mail notification of incident that pose increased risk and state reportable events. These e-mail alerts are sent to senior management and provides an effective communication tool using a collaborative work space for facility personnel and other QA/Risk Management personnel.
